Steve Laris Jr recieved his bachelors degree in architecture from the New York Institute of Technology in 2014, while also working for a NYC real estate developer. Having personally overseen the new construction of 100 units between Brooklyn and Bronx. Steves experience as a Licensed NYC Dept. of Buildings Superintendent has given him on site experience overseeing the compliance of onsite activity for 15 buildings ranging from 30,000 to 100,00 SF and obtaining priceless knowledge of site safety for both the construction team and public.
