Here at Omada Construction Corp. we handle both interior renovations and exterior upgrades. We are happy to manage your bathroom and kitchen renovations from framing and rough carpentry to plaster, tile work, masonry and concrete. We will ensure that the project is seen through smoothly from start to finish.
SUPERINTENDENTS
We have NYC Construction Superintendents available for any project. From residential homes, to 10 story super structures, we are here to ensure your project stays within DOB Chapter 33 compliance and within new COVID-19 regulations. We complete daily walk through inspections as mandated by the DOB with the designation of a 62-hour competent person for your job site.
Construction MANAGEMENT
Omada has the experience and capabilities to handle all necessary management needs on your construction project. From subcontractor coordination to Certificate of Occupancy, we will be with you through whatever your job needs.
